The mind behind Mindloom
A psychologist with a passion for making mental wellness accessible, Munira saw the stigma around therapy and thought,
“This needs a glow-up.”
As a psychologist with years of experience, she knew mental wellness could be so much more. So, she built Mindloom, a space where self-discovery isn’t just for people in crisis—it’s for everyone.
Munira has spent years helping people untangle their thoughts, reframe their experiences, and embrace self-awareness.
With Mindloom, she’s weaving mental wellness into everyday life, making it as natural as grabbing a cup of coffee or hitting the gym.

From curiosity to a calling...
Munira’s fascination with psychology began during her undergraduate studies at Jai Hind College in Mumbai. Psychology was entirely new to her, but it quickly became a passion.
She pursued a double major in psychology and went on to earn a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Maniben Nanawati Women’s College, accredited to SNDT University, Mumbai. Her academic journey deepened her understanding of the field and cemented her commitment to making a difference.
